I woke up February 1st feeling different. Everything about that day just felt like a clear indication to me that January was gone and we were beginning anew. Even the weather was the exact opposite of the cold, wet weather we had in January. It was so nice out that I decided to set up on my backyard picnic table and make a few pieces. It felt really good to let loose and have fun. Child-like fun. I welcome more of that. I feel like these pieces are a perfect representation of the freedom I felt that day. This month, I’m going to allow my imagination to roam freely, without restriction. I’m excited.
